澳洲福利及社区工作者协会 Australian Institute of Welfare and Community Workers (AIWCW) 负责对是澳大利亚海外的福利工作者和社会工作者进行移民资格评估，评估的职业包括：
福利工作者 Welfare Worker：2512-11
社会工作者 Social Worker：2511-11
对于国内申请者来说 AIWCW 评估的基本要求是专科以上学历，3 年以上工作经验，雅思 6.5 （A类，以后会提高到 7 分），评估周期 4 周。
澳洲福利及社区工作者协会(AIWCW)会员资格：具备澳洲福利及社区工作者协会认可的福利工作专业本科学位或具有两年制的社区福利专业文凭。
Graduation from an Australian AIWCW-approved Bachelor of Welfare Work degree or a two-year Diploma of Community Welfare Work (or similar AIWCW approved courses) confers eligibility for membership of the AIWCW.
澳洲海外福利工作申请条件有A，B两种：
A
毕业于/或完成的课程属于澳洲福利及社区工作者协会(AIWCW)认可的课程范围之内
Graduates of a course which is equivalent to one with AIWCW Basic Approval are assessed as being suitable as a welfare worker in Australia. Such a course will generally:
1. 至少具备同等澳州学历框架下的文凭 Be at least equivalent to an Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Diploma, and
2. 学习过以下相关课程 Have a curriculum which includes study of:
a) 通用福利工作或社会工作：包括针对个人（社会工作和心理辅导），群体和社区的工作
generic welfare work or social work, including work with individuals (casework and counselling), and with groups and communities;
b) 社会和社会学，包括社区，社会和政治结构和功能 society and sociology, including community, and social and political structure and function;
c) 个体结构及功能，包括心理学导论 individual human structure and function, including introductory psychology;
d) 普通及专门福利服务和福利体系，包括福利机构管理和政策 general and specialised welfare services and welfare systems, and including welfare agency management and policy; and
e) 研究与评估 research and evaluation
3. 两份不少于400小时的专业实习工作经历 Include at least 400 hours of professionally supervised fieldwork, in two separate placements; and
4. 至少2年的全职学习或同等水平的业余学习经历 be at least two years of full-time study over two calendar years (or part-time equivalent).
B
1. 具备其他相关资格证书 with an Other Relevant Qualification (ORQ), and
2. 在申请之前的十年内，具有至少三年的相关专业工作经历（平均每周至少30个小时）
who have at least three years of relevant professional experience (averaging at least 30 hours per week), during the ten years prior to the application, and
3. 符合AIWCW的核心能力要求 Core Competencies Requirements.
(1) 其他相关资格证书须至少等同于澳州学历框架下文凭：所学课程要与职业很相近，比如说与残疾人，年轻人，老年人，护士，物理疗法相关的工作；
An “Other Relevant Qualification” (ORQ) will be at least equivalent to an Australian Qualification Framework Diploma which has a curriculum relevant to a closely related occupation, such as work with disabled, youth, the aged, nursing, physiotherapy etc;
或具有相当于本科学历的心理学或社会学学位，或其他类似的社会科学课程本科学位
OR which is equivalent to at least a bachelor degree with a major in psychology or sociology, or some similar social science discipline.
(2) 在过去十年内至少3年的相关专业经验-每周至少30个小时（带薪或志愿工作），如属于志愿者的话，须提供相关证明。或者会涉及其他相关职业，比如说心理学家，护士，社区工作者，社会政策分析师或计划者，住宅保健工作者或类似职业
“Relevant professional experience” can be paid or voluntary, but the latter must be adequately supervised by a professional person, whose name and qualifications should be supplied. The experience must be of at least 30 hours per week and total at least three years during the past 10 years. It may be in an Other Relevant Occupation, such as psychologist, nurse, community worker, social policy analyst or planner, residential care worker, or the like.
(3) 核心能力分为：Core Competencies
1. 具有专业道德和风范 Practice in an ethical and professional manner;
2. 适当的沟通能力 Communicate appropriately;
3. 评估计划和项目，实际工作能力 Assess plans, projects and work with clients;
4. 计划和项目实施，Implement programs, projects, and work with clients;
5. 自律的和作为团体中的一员——管理，计划和组织能力 Manage, plan and organise, both autonomously and as part of a team;
6. 适当运用个人价值能力 Use personal attributes appropriately;
7. 实际工作中具备社会结构和系统意识 Use awareness of societal structures and systems in work with clients.
Note: 澳洲学历框架认可学历的颁发机构：
1. 中学 the secondary schools sector;
2. 职业教育和培训机构（技术与继续教育学院及注册私人机构） the vocational education and training sector (TAFE and registered private providers); and
3. 高等教育机构（主要指的是大学） the higher education sector （mainly universities）

AIWCW 评估材料清单
•学历学位证书 The degree, diploma or certificate in the original language;
•成绩单（科目，分数及学时）
Official transcripts of educational qualifications completed (or student book or mark sheets) in the original language. A transcript lists the courses, units or subjects studied by the individual student each year, together with the marks obtained, and can usually be obtained from the relevant educational institution;
•课程简介/课程大纲
Course/subject/unit outlines, which are descriptions of the individual courses/subjects/units studied and assessed as part of the qualification obtained. These can be taken from a syllabus or course handbook;
•曾用名证明 Evidence of a change of name (where applicable);
•结婚证书 Marriage certificate (if applicable) – certified
•执业登记或许可证书 Evidence of registration or license to practice from the country in which training was undertaken and/or the last jurisdiction of practice if applicable;
•证明文件的翻译版本 Certified translation in English of any documents originally issued in a language other than English
•工作经历和推荐信（须包括每份工作的具体起止时间，公司名，职位名，工作类型，全职还是兼职，如是兼职的话请注明每周的工作时间） Detailed work history and references. This work history should include the dates at which you began and completed work at each workplace, the name of the workplace, the title of your work position, the type of work undertaken in some detail, and whether full or part-time and, if part-time, the number of hours per week. References from supervisors and employers should confirm the dates of employment and the type of work undertaken in the relevant job;

•由澳洲福利及社区工作者协会评估——其它相关证明文件 For assessment by AIWCW – additional information indicated in document
