纽芬兰家庭关系类移民担保人担保资格要求
1. 在担保前作为加拿大公民或者永久居民在纽芬兰省至少连续居住 12 个月（Be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada living in Newfoundland and Labrador for at least twelve (12) consecutive months at the time that your Relative’s application is submitted to the NLPNP. ）
2. 提供你与你亲属的关系证明（Prove your Relative’s relationship to you.）
3. 财政自足的，过去 12 个月内没有接受政府救济（Be financially self‐supporting (have not received financial support through the Newfoundland and Labrador Income Support Program, Employment Insurance, or the Resettlement Assistance Program within the last twelve (12) months). ）
4. 资产证明，签订担保协议书同时有可能为担保资金重新开户（Provide sufficient proof that you have adequate settlement funds and be willing to sign an Affidavit of Support. Note: You may be required to place support funds into a separate trust account, for which the Sponsor and Relative have joint signing authority, and provide proof that this fund has been established.）
如果有如下情况，您可能就无法获得纽芬兰省的省提名家庭类移民的担保资格
1. 有过没有履行 CIC 家庭团聚移民的担保协议的历史（Have sponsored a family member (Relative) in the past through CIC Family Sponsorship Program and failed to comply with the Sponsorship Agreement.）
2. 没有按照法庭要求履行离婚后配偶赡养费用或者孩子抚养义务（Have defaulted on a Court Order for alimony or child support.）
3. 有刑事犯罪（Have been charged or convicted of a violent crime and/or are in prison.）
4. 过去 12 个月中接受过政府救济（Have been in receipt of income support, employment insurance or resettlement funds during the past 12 months.）
5. 难民申请失败着或居住在纽芬兰省的难民申请者（Are a failed refugee claimant or a refugee claimant living in Newfoundland and Labrador.）
6. 尚未解除破产宣告（Have declared bankruptcy and have not yet been released.）
纽芬兰家庭团聚移民担保人的担保义务
1. 负责申请费用和申请者抵达前的费用
All pre‐arrival costs of the Relative and their accompanying dependents are paid. This includes the NLPNP processing fee, the permanent residence fees, medical and transportation costs, and any other pre‐arrival costs;
2. 负责帮助申请者在抵达纽芬兰省后定居及相关费用
The Relative and their accompanying dependents have everything that they need as soon as they arrive in Canada. This includes shelter, food, clothing, goods and services necessary for daily living in Newfoundland and Labrador, dental care, eye care, and other health care needs not provided by Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Care Plan. It also includes anything else that they may need so that they will not have to apply for social assistance benefits;
3. 为亲属提供就业信息，帮助申请者尽快找到工作
The Relative receives appropriate assistance and information with respect to employment or job searches; and
4. 作为 NLPNP 申请的联络人，准备并转寄材料，负责中间的沟通
You act as a liaison for preparation of the Relative’s application to NLPNP and coordinate communication and movement of documents for the Relative.
