2017年，SINP 无雇主offer类别（Occupations In-Demand 类别俗称非 EE）在2017年的总配额是3000，每次不定期开放100或几百个，对非EE来说一般2小时内抢光，抢光后萨省会显示："Number of applications currently being accepted" 数为 0，说的是当前不接收申请，并不代表当前配额已满。时刻准备抢配额。
飞出国：萨省省提名技术移民分为雇主offer类别，EE和非EE类别，EE和非EE类别都不需要雇主offer，并且非EE类别不需要申请人达到雅思4个6，符合紧缺职业，满足萨省自己的60分就可以申请，因此对申请人很有吸引力。申请人需要提前准备才能抢上配额。

FLY注：萨省技术移民评分标准里总分都是100分，通过分都是60分，如果申请EE类别，除了达到SINP 的60分，还要满足联邦的67分。对于无雇主offer类别和EE类别评分标准基本相同，只有语言加分项有细微差别，无雇主offer的申请人雅思达到CLB4可以加12分，但是在EE类别中无法加分。
