• 本组中大多数职业都要求具有与学士学位或更高资格相当的技能水平且五年以上相关工作经验。法官要有政府的任命，且有7年以上裁判官或者老练的从业律师的经验。裁判官要有5年以上作为法律从业者的经验（ANZSCO 1级水平）。需要注册或许可证。 Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least five years of relevant experience.
